BASECAMP - is a stand alone course but also the required foundation course for the Journey of no Distance program. 

The Course   Basecamp is a weekend course is to establish a workable pathway to freedom to which there is an inner and an outer aspect. 

Saturday. We explore the many ways the mind, and its separated sense of self the EGO, control our lives and create suffering. This is where the power of the group's experience supports our individual work. Courage, opennes and willingness are your allies on this day.

Sunday. We need tools and practices to meet this reality if we are to move beyond suffering. These tools and practices need to be established on a firm foundation of understanding and experience and this is the focus of our second day.
