The Journey of no distance program explores our experience in 6 primary realms of our lives.

We explore, illuminate, practice and in a growing familiarity with spaciousness find ourselves progressively released from the embedded thoughts feelings and concepts we have of who we are.

We explore the nature of the internal and external landscape of our life, together with our willingness to meet the challenges that arise in us and before us.

We question where our willingness meets resistance and why. To what do we cling?

With what clarity we possess we begin. We make our commitment to this inner journey of awakening

for our self, for others and our planet.

With courage, willingness we take our first steps...

Truth is like poetry... no-one likes poetry

Pure awareness knows only Itself, this knowing is truth

Our ancient mind creates a separated sense of self, and then has to maintain and protects it at all cost. Life becomes is transactional, negotiable, justifiable

If we are to make any progress in this work we have to stop making excuses, stop justifying and lying to ourselves, for this is the prison we have created for ourselves to obstruct our knowing of oneness.

The mind is only capable of knowing duality ... you and me, this and that, separated by our senses and their perceptions.

​

Beyond mind there is no boundary no separation.

​

When we know something of this we experience intimacy not just with our partner but with all life and our world changes.

This work takes us beyond vulnerability, beyond fear, into spontaneous authenticity.

As we progressively awaken to silent awareness it bestows peace and happiness in our experience.

​

From this a warmth arises in the heart which is the foundation of compassion. Compassion is the experience that re-connects us with ourselves each other and our earth and and transforms our actions in our world

Clinging to life is the most fundamental of all fears.

In this journey the caterpillar in us dies for the butterfly to live and take flight.

​

We will repeatedly meet old identities and recognise that they no longer serve. Their costume is to tight.

It is time to let it go.

In this surrender of who we thought ourselves to be there is often a glimpse of what remains in the absence of clinging. The unborn essence of life, Pure awareness and we are nothing other than that

When the gap in mind;s activity widens, the glimpse stabilises into ongoing presence of awareness,

and we know ourselves as nothing other than that.

​

In that there is what we can love, what we call peace, what we call freedom. 

In the absence of EGO;s  constant demand for information, perception releases itself from mind’s  separations and relaxes in undivided pure awareness that is love that is beauty

In his workshops, Graham creates a wonderful space for truth and unity. Absolutely profound teachings and yet easy accessible. Clear, spacious, grounded - always accompanied by his great sense of humour!

I am now in my 3rd year of Graham's annual program.
I am also the keeper of the Peacebuildings yurt.

It is powerful, energetic building, with an energetic structure that inspires and captivates every visitor to my farm in the same way.

I feel deeply at home in the yurt, and doing this inner work with graham and my group is a special gift.
