The Walk on the Beach program was inspired by a walk on the beach at Findhorn.... This 7 day retreat is to dive deep into that insight and rest deeply enjoying the power and beauty of this area of the Highlands of Scotland

About the Event

A walk on the beach is a 7 day retreat for those who have already completed the Base Camp workshop.

It is an opportunity to leave behind the day to day realities we occupy and dive deep to allow ourselves to live awake in remembrance of our pure awareness.

The program is a balance of the formal and informal with many opportunities for deep rest. We will take time to visit local places of power and beauty, weather permitting.

You will have the benefit of vegitarian and vegan food cooked by Tina Lamm who is an artist of flavour, Time to rest and the opportunity to visit some of the powerful beauty of this wonderful area of scotland from the golden sand beaches to the powerful peat brown rivers and moorland peaks...
