Meditation is a subtle and delicate art. It does not take us anywhere new. It simply allows the mind to finally quieten so that we can experience,  silent formless awareness within which, and by which all experience is known.   Ever present silent awareness which is normally overshadowed by the activity of the mind, bestows peace and happiness in the heart, when the mind quietens and silence is revealed, as self knowing itself.   Meditation is a solitary and very personal path.
