Monday Gathering

Monday gathering are a chance to meet for meditation and discussion in an informal setting.  

On this first meeting I will give a little background to the Reciprocal Frame and its usefulness in giving some understanding of the workings of our mind and how that can help as we meet the challenges of lock down. I will then take us into a meditation and then we can have questions and discussions.... You need no experience in meditation to participate..
