Footprints
Footprints in the sand are traces of where we have been... just as the experiences we have had makes impressions in the mind.
How do these impression endure ?
What is the substrate that they embed themselves in?
and who are we if we are not just a collection of impressions.

We explore and understand the nature and history of our consciousness...
A meeting with the 40,000 year old ancestors alive in our being
This is useful if we wish to go beyond it.
These footprints are 23,000 years old impressed in the mud of a lake in New Mexico

With the drum we go to our ancestors, we follow the footprints that lie behind us in our family tree. In this ritual from Siberia we encounter the imprints of our ancestral line that continue to work in us and can gain many insights, as well as deep healing and transformation.

Earthly life can be challenging and scary.
When we have inner eyes to witness the tide of change at work in our lives , we finally know that ebb and flow as the earthly movement of a universal formless ocean within which our lives swim. In that knowing we relax in its rhythm and embrace. How do we open those inner eyes?

Accompanied by the drum, we direct our inner vision to the imprints we leave in this earthly life, and to those into which we repeatedly tread because we cannot let go of them. Together we explore the transformative effect of the ocean of awareness and its tides.

Paddling
Paddling is child's play no matter how old we are.
Beyond fear and self protection resides life as innocent play with the formless ocean.
We learn this by paddling regularly in the ocean's edge...
This is a rediscovery of our innocence and a willingness to get really wet.
Waves
Waves in our being are powerful and can wipe us out ...
Let's to learn to dive through them and ride them with skill and abandon.

The Ocean and the pyramid
Our world is currently governed by hierarchy. The is the natural manifestation of our current dualistic consciousness. It is a pyramid where all the power, all the wealth, all the weapons, all the resources are gathered in the hands of the rich, the powerful and the ruthless. It is this that is the root cause of all our earthly problems .
If we are to know a world of Peace, justice, truth, and mutual well being it is the nature of our consciousness that must change... How does a change in consciousness change a regime that has existed in the minds of men for millennia. The answer is in the Pyramid and the ocean.....
What is the form and nature of consciousness relieved of its hierarchical burden
