Renate Zirkl returned to the family farm a few years ago. She also began the Journey of no Distance year program where the Reciprocal Frame made a home in her being.
Her dream of having a Reciprocal Frame lodge on the family land has been one which Renate has slowly and steadily danced to life.  She invited Graham and Heike to bring together a design for a small lodge which together they brought to life in consultation with Christian Lechleitner. Heike then, with the help of a local architectural office, shepherded through the planning process.

In the winter of 2023 trees that were planted by her Grandfather were cut in the family forest to be machined in May 2024 by a local timber yard. All the material has just been moved to family lands where it will continue the drying process until the spring of 2025 when the build will commence
